Tournament Rules

1. Entry fee must be paid with CASH or CREDIT CARD - No checks will be accepted

2. Early reservations will be accepted and held for 2 weeks when time and availability permit; however reservations will not be guaranteed until a $20 deposit is paid.

3. Lane assignments are at the Tournament Directors discretion.

4. At the Tournament Directors discretion, a photograph of any participant may be taken immediately upon his/her completion of bowling. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fee and prize money.

5. Distribution of prize fund will be paid day of tournament

6. Tournament Director and assignees reserves all rights.

7. Premature termination of the tournament brought about by war, national emergency or emergency causes relating to or from; fire, natural disaster or any other reason beyond the control of EZ Release Scratch Tournament shall cause, to the extent required thereby, all advertised prizes, guaranteed or otherwise, to be prorated in accordance with the number of entrants who have paid entries.
